03/12/04....I'm already tired of the lame commentary

Today is March 12, 2004 and I just founded this online journal or "blog" on February 26, 2004. Fortunately, I have been able to get up to 600+ unique hits a day...And I don't mean pageviews. I mean HITS. That's pretty good considering that a lot of blogs don't get over 200 hits a day even after a year. I have been writing for years however on my porn site. A lot of people who didn't even like the girls on the site have been coming to it for years to read the stories about the girls. So along with taking pictures of the girls, I have been paid to write online since April of 2001. That's a long time to be writing online and it also means that I might have a "little" bit of sense when it comes to marketing sites online.

Before I started blogging, I had absolutely no idea that there were so many blogs out there. Especially ones that were written by African-Americans. The only real blogger that I ever heard of was a girl that runs thatbitch.com and I knew that she had a few wannabe sidekicks but that was it. And the only reason I know the thatbitchgirl is because she used to be involved in the adult industry. 

Then I get into it and I see that there is this so called "blogosphere", or community of bloggers. I mean these people actually meet up and have dinners and readings and shit like that. I ain't mad at it though. It's good to expand on a hobby. ..I also see that there are a lot of people that blog that shouldn't be blogging. The majority of personal blogs involves some weak minded or self-centered female who thinks that people actually give a fuck about the type of lipstick they are wearing on Thursday...There are some other good blogs, but they entail looking at newspaper articles and linking to them with their own comment.

I try to spark up some debate in the comments section in a few blogs and then the Mary Poppins females comes out of the wood work with some pseudo-intellectual bullshit. No reason to elaborate too much but here is the kind of nonsense I was dealing with in the comment section of some of these blogs.

Girl:     I fantasize about being in a nightclub and sneaking behind Beyonce's back while she goes to the bathroom and stealing her man, JayZ..We're sitting there talking and laughing and then when Beyonce comes back from the bathroom, I am sitting with Jayz and we are both laughing at her.

MrNoGood: Yeah I feel you. I like to go out with a cute woman and use her as "bait" because I know how women naturally like to sneak behind a woman's back to get at her man so when I use my "bait" girl, I get a lot of women.

Girl:    If you have to use "bait" maybe you need to step up your game.

MrNoGood:    No, that trick is just part of my large repertoire of things that I do to get women. It just happens to be that ONE of my tricks is using the natural conniving of a woman against another woman to help me score some chicks.

Girl:    I'm not going to respond to your "stereotypical" comments.

Now didn't the girl just say that she dreams about going behind a girl's back and stealing her man? So how in the fuck am I being "stereotypical" by agreeing with her and saying that I do the same thing to get women because I know that is how women like to act?

Here's the other B.S. that was the last straw:

Girl:    I like bareballing (no panties on) in some low rise jeans out in public.

dense female:    Bareballing doesn't sound too cute...asscrack could be seen

male reader:    I like looking at girls who bareball, but I don't touch

Girl:    Oh, I like to wear lowrise jeans with no panties on in public, but I'm not "tacky" enough to have my asscrack showing:

MrNoGood: If you wear lowrise jeans with no panties, and you sit down, your asscrack WILL show..but I LIKE lowrise jeans.

dense female:    Oh, she probably has the "brazilian" style of lowrise that DOESN'T show the asscrack.

Girl:    Well maybe you can tell us how YOUR lowrise jeans fit since you know so much.

dense female:    It's amazing how a MAN tells a WOMAN how lowrise jeans fit.

MrNoGood:    The girl said she wears no panties in  lowrise jeans. Doesn't that mean she wants to show her ass off in public? Why are you being so dense?

dense female:    Explain how we're being dense

MrNoGood:    I'm NOT saying that you are dumb but I think that you are ignoring the obvious for the sake of argument. But I don't want any nonsense so squash it.

dense female:    You don't need to backtrack your statements bla bla yakkety smackety

MrNoGood:    I haven't backtracked on shit. I just don't feel the need to argue over some dumb blog post. I meant EVERY word that I said.

Girl:                Calling people idiots are unappreciated.

MrNoGood:    Didn't I just fucking say that y'all were NOT dumb? So how are you coming out with me calling you an idiot now?

I could already tell that this was going to go on and on and on so I'm done with it already. Some people you just don't see eye to eye with. I comment on other blogs with no problem at all but when you have people with their panties constantly up in a bunch, you're liable to run into some bullshit.

So to keep the peace, I'm done commenting on certain black blogs. I'll let them be comfortable with the cutesy commentary they have now.....I have absolutely no desire to participate in some useless debate with folks who I could pick apart with all of their contradictions at a whim. But I don't and WON'T do it. I won't let people drag me into some foolish argument AGAIN. I say again because I slipped and responded to some nonsense while I had a little liquor in me. But I've fought my intellectual battles over the year. I've heard damn near every argument about race and responsibility known to man during my time at Howard University. So to waste my fingers typing out explanations to people who can't comprehend what I am saying anyway is futile. 

Why did I start this blog? Because I want to make it one of the most readable African-American blogs on the internet and I'm sure that it won't be too hard over the next year. I also have no desire to market this blog to OTHER bloggers. What use is that if only other people who do what you do sees your site? What you want are more readers and not bloggers. So there won't be any "blogroll" listings on this site and I highly doubt that you will see a link to my site from anybody else's blog. But regardless, you people must be telling all of your friends for me to be up to 600+ uniques a day already so keep it up. Let's get it up to 1000+ hits a day within the next two weeks....Within the next year, I hope to have an advertisement placed in one of the major black magazines and I'll show how the FIRST African-American authored blog will be come popular and commercially successful....Thanks to you who clicked on my sponsor, Adultfriendfinder.com, I was able to make $25 the first day I launched this blog...Thanks...And believe me, you can get some good sex off of adultfriendfinder.
