I mentioned that cute honie down in Atlanta who was on the webcam yesterday mopping the floor in her lace panties...I happened to ask her if she knew how to make gravy and she said no. So I decided to put this simple recipe up for her and for anyone else who can't make gravy...It's good for making gravy to smother chicken and pork chops in, or you can just sop up the gravy with some bread and it's good like that..

I also want to give a shoutout to my homegirl in New Orleans who is going to cook me some good meals when I come down to visit her down there. I love the thick women who can cook. She said she has a refrigerator that is full of food and I'm just the nigga to be down there cleaning out her fridge. I can't wait to see you baby! Just hand me the remote control and get in the kitchen and I'll be happy!

So here are the simple instructions to making gravy...You're gonna need some fat (lard, bacon drippings, hamburger grease, etc.), some flour, seasonings (salt/pepper), and some water....This recipe is for one serving..You can add more to make more servings...and YES I know that my stove top is dirty..Unless you're going to come to my house and clean it, shut up about it.

If you just want to make a little bit of gravy, you'll only need a little bit of lard. just enough to basically make a little puddle of grease in the skillet...Then you take a like a teaspoon of flour and put it in the hot puddle of grease.

Then you let the grease burn the flour while you put the seasoned salt and pepper in the skillet.

Use your spatula to move the flour around the skillet to make sure the flour is burned. You have to burn the flour a little to get that flavor that you desire.

Then you want a nice brown pile of burned greasy flour in your skillet...Wait until the skillet starts smoking and the flour is nice and brown.

Now you pour a lot of water in the skillet. Don't worry about pouring in too much because you need for the flour to expand in the water to make gravy.

You can go sit down for a minute while the water boils out. Then you start stirring the mixture as the water evaporates to make that good gravy.

See how the water is evaporating to make that nice brown gravy?

And then VOILA! You have some good flavorful ghetto gravy! You can sop it with bread or put a fried pork chop in the skillet and smother it southern style!

There you have it...A simple recipe for gravy. So don't say that you don't know how to make gravy. I had to tell my ex-wife OVER AND OVER again how to make the gravy and she STILL couldn't get it right! So PLEASE, read this page and refer it to anybody that doesn't know how to make good gravy. Do you see any lumps in that gravy? No...It's smooth and flavorful. Just like Negroes like it...And if Negroes like it, EVERYBODY should like it since us Negroes have the best taste in food....If you're a woman and you can't make gravy, get the hell out of my face.
